The day termites almost took everything.

Years ago our founder, Darren Nelson, found termites in his own home. Not a nuisance. Damage that threatened the most valuable thing he owned.

He called an inspector expecting a transaction. What he got was different. The inspector explained what was happening, why it mattered and what had to be done, with genuine care for Darren and his home rather than the job in front of him. That expertise saved the house. The attitude stuck.

Over 25+ years of owning and operating businesses since, Darren has held to the same standard: know your craft, and go the extra mile for every customer, because their home and their peace of mind actually matter to you. He and that inspector are still friends. Now retired, he still mentors Darren today.
